After the KDR board won their drawn out court battle with Marindi Metals over ownership of the Mt Surprise resource, they didn't waste much more time in firstly finding SQM to buy out a 50% share, and then quickly agreeing to sell the remaining 50% to WES. Think they were out of their comfort zone and last I heard they were taking the $$$ and heading back overseas to resume their gold searching (which is what they were originally searching for in Oz anyway).
But the KDR resource was very much more proven at that time than RDN is now. KDR had the advantage of lots of drilling cores and results from previous explorers. I dont think RDN has such a luxury and will have to drill for itself, so no comparison yet regarding take over similarities. I'm hoping RDN drill hard and fast while clinging on like LTR through the TO threat period. No sense selling for cents when $$$$ are very possibly just around the corner in 2024?
