That's too simplistic in my opinion.
If negotiations fall over someone with cash might go shopping next door. if deal goes through someone with cash might still go shopping next door. It all depends on what the deal is, or was to be,
RDN might be all the more keen keep pumping news out to capitalize on the prevailing acquisition climate. We are not going to die wondering...Cheers
