meh... another view would be that the price has come off all time highs considerably, that most have likely been holding less than 12 months hence may need to realise significant CGT, the belief that the project is the next significant resource that will give many multiples still, and if many are like me, don't like selling out Oz companies to non Oz companies (assuming this may be the outcome. )
