So what you're saying is that he's stumping up $2.25mill cash on top of his $4m or so investment, to reduce his exposure?
If reducing his exposure was his motivation, I would think he'd exercise both the Os and OAs in batches, cycle the funds through before selling each batch off slowly and repeating. This reduces his exposure, the required cash outlay, and also better maintains the stock price rather than constantly or urgently selling down large chunks.
Your theory is also illogical in the absense of considerable faith in our board and also the stock price maintaining or rising in future, and is a fair bit of faith and effort to go to for what right now would be a mil or two of profit.
Oh and we'll just gloss over my comment about confirmed accumulation then shall we...
