I am very surprised that we haven’t seen an Initial Shareholder Notice lodged by now after all those RDNOA’s were converted last week.
Either becoming a substantial shareholder,(5%) ceasing to become a substantial holder (below 5%) or if already a substantial holder a 1% movement either way requires a notice within 2 business days. This time limit has been exceeded now so either it’s late or it doesn’t pertain to the obvious party speculated to be involved or a number of large option holders by coincidence have just elected to exercise their options at the same time.
