From my perspective this cleansing notice is good news because Options being converted into shares - meaning we have more cash, and some investors consider that we are good value - so they convert their options. (ok they may sell them for a profit immediately but in the meantime the company has more cash).
The second reason why this one is good news is below, confirming disposal of non core assets - hopefully eventually making a profit on the disposal and gaining some more cash so we can do more drilling/exploration etc.
