GRE had to wait about 6 weeks after the heritage survey to get the report before drilling could start. The POW can be submitted before. In fact GRE did their first hole from an existing cleared location before the heritage survey came back.
the mood will change here, just need to endure the pain for a little while. The demand for lithium hasn’t gone away, nor has the changeover from all the global car makers, or the aspirations to own a car from the developing world.
