my take (opinion only) a decent entity has been offloading at 4 cents over the last couple of days. If I was to take an unsubstantiated guess Pacton Gold would be my bet. They may have been offloading more shares given the offscreen dumping into 4cents. After the ceasing to be a substantial holder notice they still held/hold a bucket load and no longer have to disclose any selling. All IMO.
The churn at 4cents has been huge so I think there will be a little bit of movement in the top 20
time will tell
