I see this statement below as a massive positive also. Arrow Minerals surely wouldn't take half the payment in RDN shares if they didn't believe that RDN's share price will go up. They must be confident that this site and others have potential.

The acquisition agreement was originally announced in August, with Raiden having the option to earn up to 85% of the LCT rights over the Arrow Project, with the option to increase this stake to 100% through an upfront cash payment of $250,000 to Arrow Minerals, and an additional $250,000 in RDN shares.
