I am fully aware that a director owes a fiduciary duty to its shareholders.
So not only are you suggesting that a bribe should be paid (wasting company money and a breach of director fiduciary duties), but you are also suggesting that more money be wasted to keep you updated on every little detail.
Announcement: "Hi all, Just letting you know I followed up on the assays and heritage approvals, no progress yet. Have a good day".
What type of announcement do you want? The fact that he is having interviews shows an effort to keep everyone updated without throwing out a pointless announcement. The last one was for an interview, which has a London listening base.
