I wouldn't look very far into that. The takeover still appears solid at either $3.70 or $3.65.
The only thing that has changed is a extension to the timetable. People made metric fuktonnes on AZS, and appear happier to get out now rather than wait a few months for the transaction to go through at the higher price.
There is opportunity cost keeping money in there for a month or so for a couple of pips, and the (IMO) small risk the offer falls over.
