My uneducated guess is that FIRB approval will be forthcoming.
Tianqi will only have a 6.9% relative interest in the Andover deposit at this time if it all goes ahead.
ie 23% of 50% = 11.5% but that is only for Azure’s 60% so 11.5% of 60% = 6.9% of the total Andover deposit.
If or when they convince Creasy to sell his 40% Tianqi’s relevant interest would increase to 11.5% and that may be when FIRB approval could be problematical imo.
So assuming it goes ahead for now as is over 1 Billion dollars will be hitting AZS’ shareholders accounts in just over a months time and it is possible and probable that a small percentage of that will be redirected to RDN’s stock which will be huge for Raiden imo.

Finally I wonder how many MD’s of ASX listed Coys worked over the Easter break. Well I know that our Dusko spent his Easter on the ground at one of Raiden’s gold properties in Bulgaria.
