BoA ( Bank of America ) has just raised Albemarle ( world's largest lithium producer ) to buy from hold raised price to US $156 from $137. The last time BoA downgraded Albemarle the share price dropped nearly 10%. The analyst covering has said lithium prices have bottomed.
