If the initial drilling is only AC to identify below cover pegs then i agree that commencement of drilling will have limited impact on SP.
However when RC and DD commence imo the excitement will build, then if visuals on site are showing lovely white spod.. this will undoubtedly have an effect on SP as it will be leaked to friends and family to buy.
This move up was a little premature, with hindsight obviously. The other thing is the market makers/movers tend to/may know the timeframe for ann. so have a clear advantage for their manipulation plans, as well as bloody good algos! I have a reentry set @ 0.786 fib, whether or not that gets hit I'll be buying back in when this starts to turn>
