For me, if I was selling an investment property and it gave me some worthwhile funds, right now, with some very well thought out due diligence and planning, RDN would be a huge consideration for me that’s for sure. Using some of that profit to build a healthy position is IMO a very worthy choice to be able to have. I would not be selling my own primary residence for this purpose, and I cannot see anybody else here doing that either. Rogue isn’t doing that, he is selling an investment property.
Rogue’s ability to have that choice for himself because of wise investments previously is a testament to his savvy. Good work @Rogue Trader2
