Yes its indicative that it's over sold , not just over sold but very over sold. I see them targeting 2.4 cents before a decent run. Buying opportunity again and again signifies a stock that is struggling in my opinion. I did mention too you that I have moved alot into RCR, I now only have 20% of my original holding in RDN. I expect it will bounce back hard in the next 2 months, but in the current situation I just feel that its not flowing. The selling has been extreme and enough is enough for me. Until we get a decent group of top 20 I feel we will always get rinsed.
