Why the 52%drop from 5.5c to 2.6c?

·Failure to receive regularity approvals in a timely manner which would then allow commencement of drilling campaign

·No price sensitive updates from management via company announcements since 20^th.May

·Buyer interest evaporated due to lack of interest and news to drive the share price

·Tax loss selling which has probably been exhausted but still a small window left to conclude that aspect of a declining share price

·Shareprice has hit a long-time support zone circa 2.5c area where some sort of bounce could be expected

Future prospects: -

·A price sensitive favorable announcement could see S.P. appreciate 2c to 3c in a single trading session

·Long term believers have not sold out with some adding to positions on price weakness

·Those playing the long game holding longer than 12 months to alleviate CGT expense could be rewarded with an eventual buy out / T.O. of RDN by a big player

·Citi have an accumulate recommendation on PLS so they think there is a lithium future

·Lithiumlike all commodities is cyclical. Lithium prices are in a trough but that wont always be the case.

·RDN will never get to go mining as it will be taken over, just like its neighbor was.

·If assay results prove up a resource comparable to AZS an estimated price pershare could be in the vicinity of $0.80c per share in a takeover situation. Dilution from capital raises to fund drilling campaigns would lower this estimate but potentialgains from $0.03c are enormous.

RDN could easily be the best performing ASX share by % gain over the next 12 months.Just need the stars to align.
