Agree ...... Some Holders are totally unrealistic.... they want to see that Rabbit appear from the hat. ....NOW.!!!!!
I believe that Dusko would do well to take a leaf out of the LTR playbook with regards to regular Management postings .
Even if it's a regurgitation of a previous communication, .......embellishments with positive and encouraging words would go a long way to showing us that we are moving in the right direction. Nothing wrong with more regular PEP talks ...IMHO
