I see the announcement as past issued incentive options now being paid for and exercised by the employees. So, maybe adding a little confidence considering they pay the $.015 themselves.
I am very confident myself, so when one of my other holdings gives me the profit I need, I will convert a few million options also.
If I was not confident I would not convert and either sell the options or allow them to expire and take the loss. So I see them converting as a plus for us, IMO.
