This "problem" with DEMIR's is not new. I remember some years ago that the delay in DEMIR's approving tenement/POW's applications was causing huge delay's and frustration within the WA mining Industry. The Government at the time made a pledge to streamline the procedure and reduce red tape and buearacy so these applications could be granted much sooner. It appears it is still a problem,
