Are you sure the DEMIRS are the ones holding up proceedings ?
My understanding is the Native Title Dept are the Ones stalling. Once Native title is approved the DEMIRS will stamp Immediately . I could be wrong , but the heritage is complete as well as the access agreement .The Ngarluma people have given the green light for go ahead . Just One signature is standing in the way for so many peoples life to change including the Ngarluma community . Anyway we should be very close now
