Re "Li sentiment...", "...the longer we wait for drilling the better."

That sounds reasonable, but what if a rebound occurs in six months and we are still at the starting blocks?

Wouldn't it be better to at least have a start , with hopefully positive reports of good grades at magnitude and still only be half way into the job?

Not trying to be difficult, just putting out a possible. Others may point out an entirely different and beneficial perspective.

What ever, the fickle finger of fate and Mr Market will no doubt rule the day.
