Mate.. the only word of advice i will ever give out is to stick to your exit strategy!
Often times, staged one's are easier to stick to.. ie, I'll sell X% @ X$ and so on, but you will obviously know what works best for you!
I have the experience of not sticking to a strategy.. believe me the thrill of seeing 6x0's in your portfolio can throw anyone off their plan! Lock it in, pay some tax and never look back = )
