WC8's MC did exceed $1bn at its peak, no TO came, only a cursed buyout of GAM's 19.99% holding.
Point being.. achieving a $1bn MC with a major Li discovery in the Pilbara is achievable, whether or not the TO comes is a different story. In this scenario the potential TO will be a consolidation of adjoining tenements.
And no, just as I said, I hadn't calculated the SP that would correlate to a $1bn MC. Not sure what your issue is there..
