I agree with what was said - Azure's tenements are MUCH larger than Raiden's, as was the area the pegmatite swarm on Azure's tenements stretched across, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that Azure should have a lot more lithium.
...but, it doesn't mean that Raiden isn't sitting on nice amount of lithium. The main target is 50m wide at surface! If that width continues, or increases, beneath the surface for a fair way down, and we find a few more decent pegmatites elsewhere on the tenements, then we should be good. I'm expecting/hopeful that the market cap will hit at least 500 mil. That should get the share price to roughly 20 cents. An excellent gain from the current sp, I'm sure most would agree.
