I think she would want to secure the adjoining land to her current holdings, i.e. RDN's, before she designs and builds her processing plant.
Once RDN's holdings are proven Lithium positive she'll be going for a take-over.
I'm sure Dusko would be aware of this and would be the best course for both companies.
