The card that just keeps on giving.
The giver ends up stress free, the real folks on HC enjoy comments free of vitriol and the offenders are very soon forgotten and left to chat among themselves in a vacuum.
Win win.
PS do not be concerned about overfilling the bin, as I have it on good authority that HC are able to process and deal with an infinite amount of input.
