The easiest way to spot someone with limited or no understanding of geology is their 2D interpretation of a resource field because of a limited data set. until there's more drilling to generate a proper map of resource you are shooting in the dark. The intent with the announcement was releasing the identification of a resource on tenement. But people want their cake and want to eat it too. It makes sense that the only take many have from this is straight lines like a 2d chart because the only exposure to mining would be a flat 2d screen.
