It will be round the clock drill turning I would think. 12 hour shifts, depending on the swing roster they will cycle 4 teams or 3 teams to maintain the rig turning on NS. An idle rig is money burning. I would be VERY surprised if they aren't running these on night shift also given the push for results.8 hour shifts don't really exist that much in FIFO.
That being said it's not always a race to drill as fast as possible. There is a certain amount of restraint to prevent gear damage and drilling themselves out of work is always a consideration (burning through meters too quick and not having next contract lined up) however I would think with the smaller meter contract this meter pacing wont exist as much. They are probably willing to subsidize some mechanical abuse.
Just about the only things that will stop the rigs turning are red tape which we have passed, an incident in which DEMIRS would put the brakes on, or a bad weather event like heavy storms bogging the rigs up or fires coming through, neither are that likely at this time of year early in the wet and if they are they would only interrupt for a couple of days. Heat (never a stop point on a rig!), staffing, mechanical breakdowns are all low risk as they will pull their socks up to get it back on track. Possibly a bogging situation where the string/get's stuck could slow down ops but with 4 rigs they will have an old salty dog who will know the right places to hit with a big rock.
