First we need to ascertain what is in the ground. Once we have that, then we can extrapolate a value for our resource then we can divide by the SOI and add a premium. The premium might be for synegies of adjacent infrastructure that the Azure consortium might have or the rail network or port systems available to another buyer. Without knowing/proving what we have in the ground this is just speculation/dreaming with no analitical value.
