Speculative buy is evidence of why there is more chance of nothing than something.
I really don't get the hold out strategy, sure you make money, but in the grand scheme of things is not material, buying at .31 or .325 using $10k as an example would land you about $4.5k and more at a sell price of .45c (give or take based on tax bracket and length of hold, but assuming this would be sold off before your 12 mong CGT reduction would kick in).
Your choice, but seems like a strange strategy when we know there is news in the pipe. Wouldn't be as strange if you said you wanted more information on the drill results, but the fact you are prepared to buy eliminates that risk appetite concern about RDN fundamentals and you are just trying to improve margins
