Usually the price is subdued and the market is wary until the CR is announced. ERW will probably have to raise at around 6.5-7c assuming the price stays at current level. Then a bunch of Soph investors get on board in the CR, some of whom flip the shares for an instant reward, which pushes the SP down to just above the raise level. And that's normally the best time to jump in as the SP hopefully recovers and starts to go back up as they announce drilling or whatever they did the raise for
