It’s only a pump and dump if the stock is being ramped up by the pumper to hike the price and then dumping. I do not recall anybody here or anywhere else for that matter pumping up RDN.
No this is just classic accumulation and manipulation. Check out the tiny single digit transactions from 3:30pm for about 10 minutes.
That’s not a dump. That’s just manipulating it down again, maybe to accumulate some more perhaps?
