I dont think so. Big boys accumulate via hidden brokers who using high speed algo bot trading and block trades based on their target price. These blood suckers cannot be prevented and retails cant do anything. So many happened that suddenly we see ANN that some sharks already pass 5% holding. But currently RDN is not at this stage yet.
