Bigdan is right, ofcourse the CR was timed well. The idea is to raise the targeted cash amount with minimum dilution!
Would you rather raise cash when we did or now when we would have to issue 3x the amount of shares to achieve the same cash figure? I don’t think that would be a very smart play on stevens behalf.
You cannot say that the CR is the cause of the share price depreciation over the last year, that is just not the case. Have a look at many other biotech stocks, we are not the only ones.
