"MELBOURNE Australia, 11 October 2022 – Prescient Therapeutics (ASX: PTX), a clinical stage oncology company developing personalised therapies to treat cancer, is pleased to announce that its Top-Up Placement raised $2.5 million, bringing the total proceeds from the Top-Up Placement and Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to approximately $11.3 million. The Top-Up Placement was conducted to satisfy demand from qualifying shareholders seeking to invest more than the $30,000 SPP limit, and was conducted at the same issue price of 17.5 cents per share, which represents a 5.4% discount to the last trading price. Shares are expected to be allotted on Friday, 14 October 2022"
