From a traders perspective you may be right but from an investors perspective it is as cheap as it gets if you look at the year ahead.
Today and yesterday the smaller holders exiting were gulped up in $20k to $50K lots and now the small holders seem to have settled.
In between there were large lots sold also and now there are sizable lots on both buyers and sellers side but with buyers nearly double sellers.

One could expect when news occurs in the coming weeks/month/s a sizable SP rise will occur with some quantity selling into it and more so at the resultant retracement for a flat spot until the next news - so I doubt we are in a bull trap.

I am not going to fall into the trap of predicting a bottom but it does feel like 4.5 cents is over.
