I'm doing this calculation daily anyway, so I thought I'd post it here each day for the benefit of others, and as prompt for any discussion. I've been finding it interesting that the recent trading has been around the $6.00 mark which is slightly above the below calculated 'live' price. Is it just the buying pressure from Helikon climbing the register or is it pricing in the chance of a counteroffer.

Based on the following assumptions: GBP:CAD 1.8458 AUD:CAD 0.8935 DPM share price CAD$21.89 Cash Consideration 0.93GBP per share and 0.159 DPM shares per share
