It is interesting to see that all of those theories etc that were thrown around so many years ago are coming to fruition.

One of the things that surprises me, is not what is occurring, but at the pace that it is occurring. I used to be happy with Dudley Kingsnorth's 5-8% CAGR, but at the moment that seems a little conservative.

When you hear thing's like Lifton's US-centric piece about the additional demand of one country removing the total supply of a commodity for upto three years (Lifton Bias) it is hard to think of this happening with any other commodity sector. And that is just for one additional project in one country; let alone other additional projects in other countries and other organic growth.
