Most people looking at that space gravitate to Wilson Asset Management. They have created a niche for retirees seeking fully franked income and specialise in the small/mid cap space.
In saying that, their main two funds trade at a ridiculous premium.
Unfortunately, with the current low interest rate environment, anything paying a decent yield is very expensive.
On a side note, I wouldn't get fixated on franking credits. I can understand if you are trying to limit capital gains events though.
