Aboriginal people still suffer, as does our entire Australian ecosystem. There is little public urgency to heal the wounds, to correct the wrongs. ‘Why them and not me’, we say. The dominant phenotypic expression of a displacive Anglo-culture was Lemkinian genocide and ecocide, systemic comorbidities of a cancerous society, expressed as pathological antagonism towards other races and species for which survivors of the targeted race can show transgenerational health effects, and there is reducing biodiversity for our found environment. Racism and predatory over-exploitation are each the product of an invasive, swarming, dispossessory culture with little insight into its destructive behaviour, driven by the tragedy of the commons towards unsustainability and racial intolerance. Our unstable rule-based order gives rise to an unwieldy, often contradictory social contract and, through structural inadequacies and impending stressors such as global warming, may, from a lack of societal resilience, lead to its collapse, unable to adapt,,,,
