under the agreement, if you stop voting are you entitled to stop paying?
what happens if you stop paying under the agreement?
the party you say you have contracted with can break the agreement and change the terms and assign leadership to a different leader, can you change any of the terms when that happens?
who is we? are there other parties to the contract?
