The fact that a house or other building is not a human right is easily proven. If a house is a right, what kind of house is it? Is it a single-storey house, or a three level mansion? If a hospital is a right, is it a hospital with 100 beds in a common room with an x-ray machine, or a hospital with 100 private rooms and an MRI machine? These simple questions prove that the notion that a building can be a right is ridiculous.
