It's all chit chat mate, zip isn't going anywhere regardless of inflation etc. Yes they have debt which would increase cost to run the model and pay back but these guys have over 400m cash on hand so do you really think they can't get through a period of fear mongering falsely justified inflation rates and the potential of a small interest rate increase? These inflation numbers they release are also yoy numbers which come in comparison to a full blown lock down pandemic period where we weren't allowed out of the house and the inflation numbers were in a negative. I'm not buying this fear mongering and a lot of other people are starting to wake up too, look at the market rebound.
