When the shares come out..
a) If it all gets dumped immediately (highly unlikely), the share price will go down. Maybe we'll see $6.40 again. So you'd be better off selling now (and remaining out, forever).
Buying opportunity for the rest of us.b) Some holders are smarter than some and continue to hold, Share price won't do anything, and might even go UP with a bit of unity to hold.
c) Some will hold, some will sell. Price will go down, but less so. Buying opportunity for the rest of us.
d) It's already priced in, so zip will continue with its swings as normal.
