I may be wrong but the company secretial does the legal comms like the cleansing notices, ensures they get out trading halts and responds to asx queries and what not. The investment relations role is to talk to investors about the company and explain what zip does and provide insights into where it wants to go in the future to try and get more people to invest. So IMO they are different but happy to be wrong
