SZL has paper thin volumes, and stuff all liquidity in terms of tradable shares.
Charles Youakim owns ~45% of the shares! I love when an owner and board are well represented and own lots of shares, but half the entire share issue? A bit centralised for me, and that just creeps me out.
So naturally if there's less than ~55 million shares to trade, then it's not going to take much interest or attention to pump the price right up. A fart in the dark could rally that SP.
Given how thin it is, a bad news story could decimate it. A shorter's dream in terms of MC.
We have the opposite problem. Watered down to all hell.
