The convention was great and it made you think of all possibilities in your own life and how you can achieve your business &personal goals.
A few takeaways from the convention and hopefully can help some people in the forum too.
We all put stumbling blocks in our lives & have an inclination to fear and think of negative outcomes as opposed to positive ones due to fear which then halts our own goals & success, so it was explained how to overcome obstacles& negativity in business and everyday life.
We all have the resources, but you need to learn “how” to be resourceful, that’s the key
There are Two types of people - The lack Identity & the Wealth Identity people;
The Lack Identity thinks…“I can’t afford that” whereas the Wealth Identity person thinks: “How” can I afford that?” You can see the different mindsets.
The convention had successful business people; SamanthaWills, Lorna Jayne & Simon Griffiths and people from the Entourage like Jack Delosa, every speaker had incredible stories of their success and failures in their businesses and when Jack Delosa spoke you got that A..ha & light bulb moment.
The convention was to show people how to make their business successful and learn how to get ahead in your business and become successful, they take on a holistic approach to business training.
Jack the founder of Entourage charges $10,000 for half a day of training. Not cheap!
It was also to encourage people to attend The Entourage group’s business training seminars.
Larry Diamond was the last speaker and he spoke about how he and Peter started Zip 8 years ago & all the obstacles they had to overcome and their first step in trying to raise money.
Larry & Peter actually bought a WA mining company when they were just a start up. The mine was called Rubian something like that, other people here might know more about that mine more than me.
Larry spoke about the new partnership deals they closed last year but it wasall done via zoom, so they hadn’t met any of the management and CEOs, so he is hoping to see them when travel restrictions are lifted.
They also bought a couple of DJ decks for the office and Larry wants to learn how to Dj…
maybe that's where the millions went to lol.. But I guess that's about keeping positivity and a good vibe in the office.
He only spoke for 30mins and he spoke about Z1p's failures and achievements since they established 8 years ago.There was no Q&A unfortunately..
I believe Larry has very good intentions for Zip and his focus and drive is very much alive. He wants Zip to be successful.
I think the company will grow more and reward shareholders when they do diversify into other areas and gain more prominence and offer new products.
For those who want to make a quick $$ there is crypto and the meme stocks, which Iam in also & not ashamed to say. But I think Zip's trajectory now is more of a long term investment.
Unfortunately there was no discussion about investors or trading, which I didn’t think would be discussed anyway.
Larry was only there to speak and give us an insight into what to expect when you are in business from start up to hugely successful and why and how he started Zip and gave business owners an insight into how Zip began and the journey it took to get there.
Larry is very growth driven and always looking for new opportunities.
Larry is always looking to the future and has an innovative approach to running Z1p.
