Due diligence is in order from the directors of QUAD to release how much the escrow shares were sold off IMO , anybody else think the same ?
so far we have moved estimated 42 million shares move since june the 1st when the escrow shares were realised . It very is hard to work out at the moment if the significant down trend is ongoing insto selling or the escrow or combination of both.
Non transparent behaviour often means nasty surprises around the corner.
