It really is a personal thing, we have no idea if the ex Quadpay just need some cash. This might be the first chance to sort out their personal commitments or invest in other things.
Brad has already had an exit before but for others, this could be their first time to get $$ from a company they helped build - just depends on how much was shared along the way.
